Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
- The articles sent to the journal should not have been published in other journals before. Articles presented in conferences and scientific assemblies are exempted from this rule and will be evaluated like other articles and will be published if approved.
- In case of not receiving a response from the authors to correct the items mentioned in the refereeing of the article or withdrawing the article after sending it to the refereeing or it is determined that the article will be sent to another journal at the same time and also if the fee is not paid after the acceptance of the article, the names of the authors due to waste of time The referees and staff of the publication will be blacklisted so that an article from these authors will not be received, but also to prevent the repetition of similar cases in the future.
- The process of initial review and judging and announcing the result of rejecting or accepting the article will take up to 2 weeks for the author.
- The review process of the article is completely confidential and no one other than the authors and referees will get any information about the content of the submitted work until the time of publication. The final decision about the initial version is entirely up to the reviwers and no external factors have any influence on this decision. In case of disagreement between the same referees, the final decision of acceptance or rejection is made by the third referee or the editorial board.
